The deluxe king room was clean, but the lack of light near the entrance made it difficult to navigate upon arrival. I also found it inconvenient to be charged extra for coffee at breakfast. Service in the restaurant could use improvement. I often had to flag down staff to place orders. the staff were friendly, which was a positive aspect of my stay.

The room we booked was double-booked, leading to a rushed move that seemed chaotic. Access is tricky with narrow lanes that are more suited for speeders than cars. Breakfast was overpriced for what we received. while the cold cuts were decent, the selection was limited, and charging extra for coffee felt unnecessary. Lastly, the lack of apology from management upon our departure was a little disappointing.

convenient access to parks and beautiful riverside walks
I loved staying here as it was just a short walk to the river and offered beautiful riverside walks where I could enjoy the views. The nearby Temple Island added a special charm to my strolls around town.

missingWrote a review on 14 Novsmall showerpoor service
Just returned from a stay where I was shocked to discover a £150 deposit for such basic furnishings. The shower cubicle was so small I felt trapped. Not to mention receiving no upgrade or complimentary gesture for my troubles—talk about a lack of appreciation. I almost gave a great review, but simply couldn't!

I really enjoyed my stay, especially when I lounged by the pool with a refreshing cocktail and took advantage of the cool game room for some fun with friends. There are comfy beach umbrellas for a perfect day of relaxation. The Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but overall, it was a great experience! 🌞

Perfect for families looking for a cozy stay
The staff were all extremely friendly, even remembered our son had rowed recently at the regatta, which made us feel special. The food was delicious, we had good dinners in a cozy restaurant and the portion sizes were generous , something you don’t always find.
It wasn’t exactly cheap , especially breakfast, which felt a bit much for what we got.
